SADIA KHAN is a qualified primary school teacher who graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Arts with a Diploma in Education in 2001. Since that time, she has taught at Noor Al-Houda Islamic College as well as at Al-Noori Muslim Primary School. Sadia's forte is in teaching lower primary children and was instrumental in setting up the Year 1 curriculum at Al-Noori in 2003.
In addition to her secular academic qualification, Sadia has studied Arabic and the Islamic sciences in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan between 2004 and 2006 where she completed the entire Arabic program at Qasid Institute to an advanced level. Since then she has consolidated her knowledge of Arabic through teaching beginners Arabic and through continuing studies with her teachers in Jordan through Online Courses.
Sadia was also a member of the teaching staff at Qibla: For the Islamic Sciences (https://qibla.com/), an internationally acclaimed online institute based in the Middle East. She taught the Essentials of Islam in Hanafi Fiqh course. She has also completed an advanced level of study on Menstruation and Lochia (Nifas & Hayd) with a leading Hanafi scholar on this subject, Ustadha Hedaya Hartford.
Sadia has completed her First Aid, with training in asthma and anaphylactic management.

ANISA KHAN is a qualified primary school teacher graduated in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science with a Diploma in Education from Macquarie University. She has experience teaching at both private and public schools; Rissalah College, Al Faisal College, Auburn West and Lidcombe Public Schools. She has also taught at the Australian Islamic College of Sydney as an Islamic Studies teacher after studying Shariah between 2004 and 2006 at a local Islamic college for women.
Anisa brings with her in depth experience in primary and Islamic Studies teaching. She recently taught a holiday program for Kindergarten and Year 5 students to accelerate learning in English and Mathematics. This program was thoroughly enjoyed by the students and focused on hands-on activities as well as worksheets to consolidate concepts. Parents were informed of their children’s progress and areas of improvement were pinpointed.
Anisa is a certified trainer currently working part time in adult classes implementing various programs. She has previously managed a successful tutoring centre for two years catering for primary school students.
